If you are experiencing one of our apps crashing AND resetting your iOS device or deleting and re-installing the app did not work, please read below:
If this is happening to you, please don't write a negative review, but instead contact us by filling out and submitting the "Contact App Support" form below so we can help you. We will send you instructions on how to send us a crash report. A "Crash Report" is a small file located on your device or computer. Sending us a crash report will help us to determine what is causing the crash and help us to fix it quickly!
